Ouu honey, I suffer from anxiety attacks and I know how horrible they are, also being cyclothymic is annoying, you get sad easily and same happens with happiness, though in my case sadness lasts more than happiness. I “calm” somehow and a little, my anxiety attacks by watching things that make me laugh, for example Jackass or The Dudesons, things like that, don’t know if you wanted a little help about that, and you’re welcome <3
